It is not a legal determination, a finding of guilt, or a statement of verified fact. Addresses are identified solely by public on-chain identifiers. Croilet does not block, restrict, or adjudicate any party's ability to transact; any third party that consults the list does so at its own discretion. Listed parties may contest entries through the DAO's appeals process.
